DAP - Dynamic Acro Program

“𝐃𝐀𝐏: 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦: Acrobatics in a latin vibe with northern efficiency”.  

A  group of experienced international teachers and organizers have  gathered to create a complete acrobatic program with focus on the most  exciting acro disciplines in an amazing venue for intermediate/advanced  levels.

What can you expect from DAP?

🔸 21-day acrobatic program structured into 3 weekly blocks.

🔸 3 main acrobatic topics during the whole program with a heavier focus on one of the disciplines each week:

𝗜𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻  𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀: cleaning up your tempos, learning to link all the pops,  making the famous and impressive big throws and the precise foot  juggling, combining everything with standing acrobatics and the advanced  spotting skills.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴  𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀: Hand to hand is only the beginning. Expect to  drastically improve your technique in H2h, but also learn an infinite of  diverse standing tricks, acro dance, banquine, toss the flyer and much  more.

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀,  𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀-𝗣𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀: A complete  foundational course full of step-by-step progressions that will enable  you to learn at your own pace in a totally safe environment the most  elegant and challenging L-basing transitions.

🔸 Numerous daily lessons to take your acro practice to an advanced level  in the main disciplines, accompanied by conditioning, handstands,  prehabs, mobility, flexibility and therapeutics to keep your body strong  and healthy.

🔸 Personal coaching: in addition to the workshops, all participants will  enjoy several private sessions in the lounge with a teacher coaching.

🔸 Amazing venue in a natural place equipped with a large floor space,  extra outdoor training spaces and many lounges to train safely and reach  your maximum potential.
