DAP - Dynamic Acrobatics Program ASIA

 

After the big success of the first four editions in Europe, DAP is ready for landing in Asia. 

 

The DAP ASIA will take place in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where International teachers and organizers have gathered to create a complete acrobatic program focused on the most exciting acro disciplines in an amazing venue for intermediate/advanced practitioners.

What can you expect from DAP?
​
🔶10 days of full acrobatics program: from Saturday 17th to Monday 26th of January 2026

     (NOTED: arrival day on the 16th)
🔶3 main acrobatic topics during the whole program:
​
- Icarian Games: Cleaning up your tempos, learning to link all the pops, making the famous and impressive big throws and the precise foot juggling, combining everything with standing acrobatics supported by advanced spotting skills.

- Standing Acrobatics: Hand to hand is only the beginning. Expect to drastically improve your technique in H2H, but also learn an infinite variety of diverse standing tricks, acro dance, banquine, toss the flyer and much more. 

- Whips: Learning all the variations of Whips, and working towards the craziest Whip-pops and Whicarians… There is no limit to the combinations you can create!

- (EXTRA) Prehab and Floor Acro Classes: A structured floor acro training program supported by specialist teachers and equipment (trampolines, big crash mats, etc.).

🔶Numerous daily lessons to take your acro practice to an advanced level in the main disciplines, accompanied by conditioning, handstands, prehabs, mobility, flexibility and therapeutics to keep your body strong and healthy.

 

🔶Personal coaching: In addition to the workshops, all participants will enjoy several PRIVATE LESSONS in the longes with a teacher of their choice.

🔶Amazing venue in a natural place equipped with a large floor space, extra outdoor training spaces and several lounges to train safely and reach your maximum potential.

In order to join the event you need to feel comfortable doing all the prerequisites in all the disciplines:

𝗜𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻: Tempos on front plank and on throne/american chair (Straight throws), Icarian from throne to front plank and back and handspring from reverse star to throne.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼:
30 seconds handstand against the wall, 20 seconds tuck-sit in L-basing and Foot to Hand in L-basing, solid two high. It’s recommended to have experience in standing Foot to Hand and standing Hand to Hand to access the most advanced variations during the workshops.

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘀: tarzán whip, rising whip (elbow one) and recommended tarzan to throne whip-pop.

All prices include:16 extended workshops in the 3 main disciplines, 12 floor acrobatics and recovery lessons and,several private lessons per participant, 6 TEACHERS available for you during the whole program, accommodation in private double rooms for 10 nights starting on the 16th of January, including all breakfasts and optional lunches and dinners, access to the resort facilities, training spaces indoors and outdoors with lunges, photo shoot and much more.
