This workshop is designed for 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀.

We recommend you to join us if you feel comfortable with the following prereqs. First of all, will to have fun with your Acro buddies during the weekend and then:

For Intermediate:

▪ Rising Whip (the elbow one) 

▪ Whip-Pop Tarzan to throne with spotter

▪ Icarian straight throw throne/throne and bird/bird
