HELPER ARRIVAL: February 18th 11.00 am (registration open 14:30h)

HELPER DEPARTURE: Sunday 22th  17 pm

 

These are most of the tasks we would like you to do during the convention:

ROOMS AND MATS (before the beginning of the convention)

1. Going to the classrooms and moving to the side the tables and chairs so people have space to set up the sleeping gears.

2. Setting up the Matt's and crash mats in both gyms.

3. Set up the tables and benches at the dining area.

 

KITCHEN TASKS

 

1. Receiving the food from the catering. Food arrives 30 minutes before the official time of the meal. It's after the workshops so you won't be missing time from workshops.

2. Setting the buffet before each meal with all the food and dishes so people can start to serve themselves.

3. Setting the cleaning stations before each meal so people can wash and dry the dishes after eating.

4. Organize the leftovers in tupperwares and bring them out in the next meals/days. No need to clean the pots, just emptied.

5. Cleaning the tables and kitchen floors.

6. Emptying the cleaning stations.

7. Keeping the snack station always full of fruits and nuts.

We need to know from you ASAP when are you planning to arrive exactly to the venue. The helpers who can arrive earlier on Wednesday will help us with the setting up and the registrations.

About the kitchen task we want to let you organize it in a way that is comfortable for you. For example, 2 people could take care of breakfast, 3 of lunch and 3 of dinner for example. So you don't need to be always busy in the kitchen. This is just an idea of course.
