April 20 -21!

We will spend 2 days to improve our technique, connection and build up advanced icariens, whips and whip-pops.

The Workshop will be held in Munich -Moosach, Jenaer Str 3, a super nice venue with enough space for everyone.

✅𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗡 

Both days will start at 9:00 with a small warmup and 2x3h of workshop with a lunchbreak in between.
After the End of the Workshop there will be space and time for free training, if your legs and bodies are capable.

Ideally you should sign up as a duo, if you are still looking for a partner please let us know and we can try to match you, but no guarantees

The workshop will be held in english.

- Clean straight throws and tarzan
- Castaway without the spotters touching

We ask for a 60€ deposit for completing the registration and the remaining amount in cash at the workshop.
